| HOW CONTRACT ROASTING WORKS. Firstly, green bean selection and blend development: You may already have a single origin or blend of beans in mind. However, if need be Ricca will gladly work with you to assist develop & perfect your private blend. Secondly, sourcing the green beans: Ricca has an extensive range of beans in stock from the world’s recognised growing regions or we can source that special bean on your behalf using Ricca’s established network of green bean merchants. This way you save money by taking advantage of Ricca’s buying power. Alternatively, you may prefer to source your own green beans. Finally, roasting / blending: Once you are satisfied with your private blend Ricca will take care of this following your exact specifications. Orders may be for quantities as little as 10kg. Grinding If needed Ricca will grind the coffee for you. Packaging Coffee beans or ground coffee will be packaged to your requirements. Be it 200gm heat sealed pouches, 20kg bucket or any number of other options in between. Specialty labeling can also be arranged, including graphic design services.
